This Blog

My other blogs have been mainly about my travels and the building of my tiny house. This one is more about reflections on life and articles that I have written. I may toss in some short fiction along the way. Who know what the future holds. I’m happy to receive comments and questions. I hope that you enjoy what I write.

Who am I?

I am called Kundan. My home is Byron Shire, Australia. I play tai chi, bagua and the shakuhachi. I am a disciple of Osho. I enjoy meditation. I live in a tiny house on a friends land in the middle of the rain forest. Before, I always lived in an urban environment. I have come to feel so much closer to this land and it’s flora and fauna since moving here. I have also come to feel closer to the first nations people who cared for this country for over 60,000 years before Europeans came. They had 300 nations that consisted of language groups. They had agriculture as well as being hunter gatherers. They lived in harmony with the land. They had sophisticated ways of transmitting knowledge.  In a couple hundred years we have almost detroyed this land as well as the entire planet. And, we call these people primative!
